Primark PS nail polish review

So yesterday I popped into Primark to get myself and the kids a few bits when the nail polish stand caught my eye.  Now, I don't know how long these have been about because I never noticed them before so I might be a bit late to the party with this one.

First thing I want to talk about is the packaging.  I really love it, its crisp and clean looking and has the appearance of a much more expensive product considering they are only £1 each.  The lid pulls off to reveal a second smaller easier to hold lid for the brush.  The brush is a flat design that allows you to apply the nail varnish with one brush which is brilliant and I really did not expect it to have.

So now lets talk about the product.

These were on sale at 80p when I brought it so I really wasn't expecting much so I only brought the one but now honestly wish I have got a few more.

I expected the formula to be thin and need a few coats but to my surprise its actually quite thick and only needed to applications to make a good covering.  The pigment in these is lovely and strong meaning the colour comes out exactly the same as how it looks in the bottle, another lovely surprise.  My only problem with this product is that I think it is perhaps a little to thick and as a result can go on a little streaky but for £1 these are fantastic and I'm dyeing to go back and grab a few more colours.

I honestly thought I would be recommending these budget nail varnishes to young pocket money budgeters and people starting out with make up but in my opinion I would recommend these to anyone, they are fantastic!

Let me know what you think of the PS range.
